Are you a tradesman? Do you race home to get those heavy work boots off your feet?
You work hard and your feet work hard with you. Taking care of our feet is very important and can make day to day life much easier when we feel better. However, poor ill-fitting or unsupportive work-boots can cause numerous foot problems, such as thickened, fungal, bruised or ingrown toenails, blisters, painful callous’ and corns. Other complaints such as heel/arch pain, achilles pain, shin-splints and fatigue of the legs and feet are also common and tends to be associated with the weight, lack of shock absorption or support from the boots.
