Karina graduated from Charles Sturt University Albury campus, NSW in 2006.
She joined the 4 Life podiatry team in 2019 after moving to the west to be closer to family.
Prior to this she has worked in private practice in Melbourne, Darwin and Albury.
She has also spent time travelling and working as a locum to country NSW/Victoria, Queensland, Wollongong and for 12 months in the republic of Ireland.
Her special interest includes biomechanics and orthotics, soft tissue injuries, radiology and Ingrown toenail surgery.
She has completed a post graduate course in dry tissue needling and offers shockwave therapy and running and footwear analysis.
She enjoys professional development and has attended courses in Paediatric assessment and placements with Podiatric surgeons and orthopaedic foot and ankle specialists.

- She was born in Forbes in country NSW and grew up in Wagga Wagga
- Captained Wagga representative netball team throughout high school now but now enjoys squash and weight training at the gym
- Has completed two full marathons and five half marathons
- Growing up she wanted to be Physiotherapist! So she is happy doing what she loves as a Podiatrist who gets to mix in with the Physiotherapists at 4 Life
